I hope you enjoyed counting on your fingers last week.
The cycle of 8 that the little girl was counting meant that
the simple calculation was to divide 1962 by 8 and see there was a remainder of
2, meaning the index finger was the one that the count ended on.

“ I was n years old in the year n2 “ said Harry
in 1971. When was he born?
