Thanks for all your participation and engagement with the Maths Puzzles over the last two terms. There have been some wonderful answers and even if you did not submit your answer, I hope you have enjoyed puzzling them out. The final puzzle of the year is a nice one. Happy puzzling!
In this country a date such as July 4, 1971, is often written 4/7/71, but in other countries the month is given first and the date is second, so the same date is written as 7/4/71. If you do not know which system is being used, how many dates in a year are ambiguous in this two-slash notation?
