Poem: 'Musing of The Dormouse'

 by Daisy Sissons

Rich young kid fell from Mars

but blew it all on race track cars

Tiger Tiger holds the groove

between his pouncing hi-hat hooves

Calm face with gentle keys

mind tumbling like a slot machine

Tortoise man drinks at high class bars

His sultry lungs collecting cigarette tars

Twisted bat hangs in the attic

Making his crazy cacophonous racket

Fire twirling holds the stars

Backbone boy dreams of six string guitars.
