Last Friday, Mrs Tyldesley, Dr Thomas and a group of year 7
pupils went on another low tide safari on the beach near school. This was led
by Martin Law, a parent of one of our year 7 pupils. We found a wide variety of
species, including several species of crabs, plus blennies and sea slugs.
While
there, we also removed some litter from the beach, which could otherwise have
been damaging to the organisms found there. It is amazing what you can find so
near to school!
