One of the most iconic Christmas movies starring Macaulay Culkin as the famous Kevin McAllister is Home Alone, which came out exactly 30 years ago. There are so many reasons why the film was a huge hit whether it is the film’s music or the movie that Kevin watches, Angels With Dirty Faces, which has the famous dialogue ‘Keep the change, you filthy animal.’
It could also be to do with the two burglars, played by Joe Pesci and Daniel Stern, who are hilarious to watch. However, the main reason why the movie was (and is) awesome is because of the cool tricks Kevin plays on the burglars. He uses fireworks, air rifles, gun shots and many more instruments to bring lots of pain to the deserving miscreants. Home Alone remains the best hour and a half of Christmas entertainment.
