Following on from the success of last year’s inter-generational poetry reading, we are calling out to all PGS grandparents (for pupils from Years 2 to Year 13) to to get involved in this year’s remote version of this heart-warming event.
We will provide you and your grandchild with a poem to learn and practise together; this should be a fun way of connecting with each other during the period of lockdown!
Get your IT savvy grandchild to record you both reading the poem together. We will provide tips for reading and performance.
Deadline: Monday 1st June 2020
In the Autumn term, entrants will be invited to perform their poems live and then spend some quality time together, enjoying tea and cake!
